Volunteers aged 14 and above needed for thriving Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Youth Club based at the Gillingham Youth and Community Centre in Cemetery road.
Are you available on the 1st & 3rd Saturday of the month between 9.30am and 12.30pm, and for occasional longer sessions in the school holidays?
This is an exciting opportunity for you to join a friendly and experienced team of youth workers and gain valuable experience leading a variety of arts & crafts, cooking or sporting pursuits and / or supporting our members with more complex needs on a one to one basis. This is an ideal opportunity to complete the Volunteering section of your DofE, gain experience working with SEND young people or to share your skills and interests to enrich the lives of others. Mentoring and training available.
